Dear CCA Parents,
It’s time to think and plan for the next school year. We are honored to offer you the contract electronically through RenWeb for the coming school year. As you review it, please note the important points below:
- Log onto your Parent RenWeb Account
- Choose the Family Information tab on the left side of the page
- Select the Enrollment/Re-Enrollment button
- Follow the instructions provided
Re-enrollment for the 2017-2018 year is now open. This will enable you to re-enroll your student(s), select your tuition payment plan, and pay the re-enrollment fee. The re-enrollment process will not be final until each step has been completed.
Timeline for Re-Enrollment
Students who presently attend Christ’s Church Academy will be given enrollment priority. To retain your priority status, your enrollment process must be completed electronically or a printed copy of your contract (upon request to the Admissions Office) must be signed and returned to our school office with the following date and re-enrollment fee options:
- $400.00 if paid by 12:00 noon on December 16, 2016
- $500.00 if paid by 12:00 noon on January 17, 2017
- $600.00 if paid by 12:00 noon on February 16, 2017
*Online re-enrollment closes at 12:00 noon on February 16, 2017
Tuition payments will begin in May 2017.
Tuition for 2017 - 2018
A $225.00 yearly Activities Fee for each student will be assessed. This fee encompasses a variety of fees, such as: one-day field trips, PTP membership, student planners, high school parking permits, and year book.
Our Technology Fee is $175.00 for each student. The Technology Fee allows the purchase of new computers, new software, and staff training.
