The Visual Arts Program provides students many opportunities to express themselves creatively through a wide variety of media including drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and sculpting. The curriculum explores the elements of line, color, shape, texture, and form. Visual Arts help develop an understanding of the principles of design and encourages an appreciation for the arts as a reflection of God’s glory.
First through fifth grade students attend art class every week.
Sixth through eighth grade students may choose art as a year-long elective.
Classes for ninth through twelfth grade students are offered as electives each semester and are for fulfillment of the required fine arts credit.
