Z-Period Worship Class 2012-13 Tryouts
Attention all rising 9-12 grade students!
Auditions will be held on May 18 at 7:15am for all new students interested in being a part of the Z-Period Worship class next year. All new instrumentalists must be currently taking lessons or have had at least a year of lessons. If you are trying out for a guitar spot, please bring your own guitar. Please choose one of the following songs to play or sing with the band:

6th Grade Parents
State of Florida requirements
All students entering 7th grade are required by the State of Florida to have a Tdap (tenanus, diphtheria and pertussis) immunization. Students without documentation of this injection WILL NOT be permitted to start 7th grade. If you have any questions please contact Nurse Diehl.

Annual Sports Physicals
Monday, June 4, 3:00-5:00pm
Dr. Patricia Calhoun and Dr. Tod Northrup, along with athletic trainers from Atlas Physical Therapy, will perform sports physicals in the CCA Gym. Call 268-8667 x131 to schedule an appointment. The cost is $20 per athlete with all proceeds going toward the Two for Tomorrow campaign.
All students involved in summer workouts, conditioning and/or tryouts must have a FHSAA physical form (EL2) and Parental Consent Form (EL3) on file in the Athletic Office before they can participate. Parental consent forms must be renewed every school year. FHSAA forms are available HERE.
