Modified Pep Rally/Bell Schedule for Homecoming Week 2021

Please note:  NO Snack Attack today

                     MS and HS lunch schedules are flipped

                     Each period is 35 minutes long (no change with Z-Period)

Period 0:        7:15 - 7:55am

Period 1:        8:00 – 8:35am

Period 2:        8:40 – 9:15am

Period 3:        9:20 – 9:55am

Period 4:        10:00 – 10:35am

Period 5:        10:40 – 11:15am

Period 6:        11:20 – 11:55am

Period 7 for HS:  12:00-12:35pm AND MS Lunch: 12:00 – 12:35pm  

HS Lunch:     12:40 – 1:15pm AND Period 7 for MS:  12:40 – 1:15pm

Lower School teachers- please contact Mr. Watts re: time changes with your resources on this day.

Middle school cheerleaders may leave 7th period a few minutes early to change into cheer uniforms – this will be coordinated by Mrs. Worrell.

Those juniors and seniors involved in Powder Puff may leave lunch a few minutes early to change into game attire- Mrs. Tucker will coordinate this.

High Schools students will return to their 7th period class after lunch. 

7th period middle and high school teachers will walk students over to the Athletic field. Students should sit in bleachers.

POWDER PUFF game will begin at approximately 1:30-1:40pm.

After the Powder Puff game, there will be a Punt, Pass and Kick competition.

If these activities finish before 3:00pm, students will be dismissed to report back to 7th period class with their teacher – TEACHERS, please make sure you gather your students before heading back to the school.


Dance Information

CCA 2021 Homecoming Dance! 

WHEN:  Saturday, October 16, 2021

TIME:  7:00 – 10:00pm

WHERE:  Christ’s Church Mandarin Dining Hall 

COST:  Tickets are $40 per person and are on sale Wednesday, September 29 through Wednesday, October 13 only. 

DETAILS:  Our Homecoming 2021 Dance is open to all CCA students in grades 9-12. Attire is semi-formal for this evening of fun, food, and fellowship! 

To purchase tickets, please order via the CCA App under Electronic Forms. (By signing this form, you are agreeing to be billed through your FACTS account for ticket cost.) 

NO tickets will be sold after October 13th or sold at the door! 

Remember, if you are bringing a guest who does not attend CCA, a Guest Event Form must be completed. Dress code guidelines apply to all CCA students and guests. Both forms are attached to this email.

Tickets will be distributed on Friday, October 15, unless prior arrangements are made. Please contact Upper School Office if you have any questions.
