Mrs. Walden has recently re-joined CCA as a Kindergarten teacher. She previously taught Kindergarten at Mandarin Christian School from 2005 until 2008. She has taught Pre-School, Kindergarten and 1st Grade since 1993. Mrs. Walden recently moved back to Jacksonville with her husband and is excited to be a part of the CCA family again. She enjoys traveling to visit her three children and granddaughters, bike riding at the beach, walking, shopping and cooking.
Mrs. Walden’s philosophy of education comes from 1 Thessolonians 2:7, 11 - 12. “But we were gentle among you, like a mother caring for her little children . . . For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children, encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into His kingdom and glory.” Her prayer is that God will help her to be faithful and bold, but also to give her a gentle spirit, being sensitive and self-sacrificing as she teaches and ministers to her students.
