CCA Head of School Message – September 2026 

Dear CCA Family,  

As we move through the opening weeks of another school year, I am grateful for the strong start we have experienced at Christ’s Church Academy. There is a wonderful energy on campus as students settle into their classes, teams find their rhythms, and relationships continue to grow across our school community. 

That energy has been especially evident during Homecoming Week. There is something special about seeing our students participate in traditions that bring our school together – whether through spirit days, competitions, athletic events, or simply the opportunity to celebrate being part of the CCA community. These moments create memories and contribute to the sense of belonging that is such an important part of the student experience. 

Weeks like this also remind me how much happens behind the scenes to make those experiences possible. 

Our teachers and staff carry an extraordinary responsibility. Even during the excitement of Homecoming Week, they continue preparing lessons, assessing student learning, investing in their classrooms, communicating with families, and most importantly, supporting our students. At the same time, many are helping organize activities, supervise events, encourage school spirit, and create experiences our students will remember long after the week has ended. 

I am deeply grateful for their commitment to their students and our school. The work is significant, and much of it is unseen. Yet day after day, our faculty and staff faithfully give their time, energy, creativity, and care so that our students can flourish. 

I am equally grateful for our parents and families. Christian education works best as a partnership. You entrust us with the privilege of coming alongside you in the education and discipleship of your children, and we do not take that responsibility lightly. Your prayers, encouragement, participation, and support make a tremendous difference. 

Events like Homecoming remind us that a school is much more than classrooms, schedules, and activities. It is a community. At CCA, our desire is to be a community where students are known, challenged, encouraged, and continually pointed toward Christ. 

Thank you for the many ways you help make Christ’s Church Academy such a special place. I am grateful for the year that is underway and excited about all that God has ahead for our students, faculty, and families.
