Message from the Head of School- April
Dear Christ’s Church Academy Families,
Amid exams, final grades, and the academic hustle that accompany the end of every school year, it is easy to become focused solely on academic performance and forget the deeper purpose behind all we do at Christ’s Church Academy. While academic excellence is a high priority, our ultimate mission remains unchanged: to make disciples, better disciples, and more disciples.
That mission came to life beautifully and powerfully this past week. A group of our students organized a completely student-led and Spirit-filled beach worship night. Nearly 50 students gathered on the shoreline — not for a class project or school credit, but out of a genuine desire to worship Jesus and shine His light in our community.
Moments like these remind us of what true success looks like and why CCA exists. We want our students to know Jesus, be transformed by Jesus, and to live on mission with Jesus – whether in the classroom, on the stage, on the athletic field, or even with their feet in the sand. When students live out their faith — when they know Jesus personally, are transformed by His love, and take steps to share that love with others — we see the heart of CCA’s mission in action.
As you walk with your students in this busy season, we encourage you to not only support their academic efforts but also celebrate and reinforce their spiritual growth. Academic achievement is important, but eternal impact matters more.
As you continue partnering with us in your child’s academic and spiritual journey, we also want to equip and encourage you as parents. Whether you are growing in your own faith or simply seeking guidance through the many seasons of parenting, we invite you to explore helpful resources available through Christ’s Church Parent Resources. These tools are available to all families and can provide meaningful support as your students live out their faith — sometimes even becoming the ones who inspire you.
Thank you for partnering with us in the education of your students.
In Christ,
John Stubblefield
