Building a culture of respect.

Middle school can be a challenging season as pre-teens learn to navigate conflict and build healthy relationships. We guide our students through this process by teaching them to:

Honor themselves and each other.

As part of our Advisory Program, students are grouped in sets of 5-6 and are taught to honor and respect themselves and others as they practice positive physical, emotional, and mental health.

Form authentic relationships.

Teachers meet students where they are academically because our small class sizes allow them to be intentional in building relationships.

Develop character.

Each month, students participate in service learning projects that center around a character trait. From cleaning up debris at the neighborhood park to reading aloud to younger students, our middle schoolers have the opportunity to grow by serving others.

Make wise choices.

We believe middle schoolers are empowered to do the right thing through positive incentives, and opportunities to see how good it feels to make wise choices.
