A Welcome from the Head of School
Dear Christ’s Church Academy Students, Parents, and Faculty,
I am so blessed to be joining the CCA community!
For more than two decades, I have been privileged to serve in positions ranging from classroom teacher and Department Chair to Assistant Upper School Principal, Athletic Director, and Head of School. Over a year ago, my wife, Sara, and I started praying for God to place us in a position where we could best serve His Kingdom. We also wanted to find a place where our children (Walt age 9 and Darby age 12) would be surrounded by teachers who loved the Lord, would love them, and would encourage and equip them to achieve their God-given potential.
There were many questions and unknowns as we explored a number of new opportunities, but what was always unquestioned was the faithfulness of God. As I continue to learn more about CCA, I am constantly reminded that God’s plans are always exceedingly and abundantly greater than I could ever imagine. Whether you are a student, parent, or a member of our tremendous staff, God has brought you to CCA for an amazing purpose, and I am so excited to be able to partner with you in the great work of Christian education!
