Christ-Centered Educational Excellence

At Christ’s Church Academy (CCA), we believe in the power of partnership. We are delighted to offer a new annual fundraising program, called the Eagle Fund, to support the 2023-2024 school year and help advance our mission of making disciples (Matt. 28:19), better disciples (Acts 2:42), and more disciples (Mark 16:15) through excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts!

The Eagle Fund, is an initiative offering parents, grandparents, faculty and alumni a way to join us in this mission. This is our top annual giving priority, benefiting every child at our school, allowing us to offer an exceptional educational experience built on meaningful learning, incredible teachers, and a caring community. It’s the cornerstone of our philanthropic efforts and will provide the school with the greatest flexibility to deliver a first-rate education without substantial tuition increases. Our goal is 100% participation. Please prayerfully consider your family’s commitment for this year’s Eagle Fund.

Eagle Fund FAQ

Tuition covers the cost of education at CCA, but to go above and beyond, and be able to say “yes” to the extras, charitable giving is essential.

Bridging the gap through gifts to the Eagle Fund allows us to keep tuition at competitive  levels, encourages a greater level of diversity among the student body, and provides all members of our community an opportunity to experience the personal satisfaction that comes from making a charitable contribution that benefits our community.

The Eagle Fund unites the entire school community behind the common goal of supporting our students. The higher the participation, the more we can achieve for our school. In addition, foundations, and other outside organizations to whom we appeal for support expect the highest levels of participation from our current constituents when considering gifts and grants.

We encourage early participation, but you can make a gift at any time. Christ’s Church Academy operates on a fiscal year that begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. Many donors choose to make their gifts closer to the end of the calendar year, in order to take advantage of the IRS tax benefit in that year.

Your name will be listed alphabetically within giving levels in our impact report. You also have the option to remain anonymous. We will acknowledge your donation with a thank you letter and receipt for tax purposes. Most importantly, you will have the gratitude of the entire CCA community!

Matching gifts are a wonderful way to double, sometimes triple the impact of your gift. More than 1,500 U.S. companies offer the benefit of matching charitable gifts made by their employees. It’s a great way to double your donation. Request a matching gift form from your employer and send it with your gift. We’ll take care of the rest!

Gifts to the Eagle Fund are 100% tax-deductible. Once we receive your gift, you will receive a receipt verifying your gift.

The Eagle Fund supports operational expenses for the current school year. A capital campaign to support the development of a new athletic complex at CCA will kick-off later this school year that will provide significant funds for construction and renovation of facilities. Pledges to the athletic complex campaign will vary according to the financial means of the donor and can be paid over several years. We encourage you to contribute to the best of your ability. Because CCA’s Eagle Fund covers immediate operating expenses, we suggest that you make it your first giving priority and that capital and endowment benefits be made in addition to your annual gift. The generosity of those who contribute will be recognized in the impact report.

We encourage you to contribute to the best of your ability.  Successful schools require both sustained annual gifts to operations as well as major capital support. By your continued support of CCA’s Eagle Fund and your gift to capital campaigns, you are making a difference both in the immediate and long-term need of our school. The generosity of those who contribute will be recognized in the annual impact report.
An independent school education is an investment and an opportunity to be fully involved in your student’s campus experience. Although tuition is not tax-deductible, financial contributions to the Eagle Fund and our future athletic capital campaign may be deducted from your taxes. Because tuition does not cover the cost of a Christ’s Church Academy education, the school relies on contributions from a variety of donors. The size of these gifts may vary, but all gifts are important. However, many CCA parents have stepped forward with gifts at the leadership level of $1,995 or more, which represents the year CCA was founded. This level of giving helps the school meet the educational needs of the entire school community.
